4. Fees and Payment

Paid services may require you to provide accurate billing information. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend or terminate access for overdue invoices.

GenericDemo retains all rights to the platform, documentation, and branding assets. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the services without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenericDemo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
